Facilities Administrator (Full Time)

The Facilities Administrator is responsible for overseeing building operations for all of the GMCHC properties to include but is not limited to such things as cleaning, maintenance, repairs, renovations, build out, improvements (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, roofing and lighting).

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Three (3) years experience in management / supervisory role
  • Respect for confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in written form.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must have and maintain current CDL License.
  • Must pass federal and state background checks.

Personal Assistant/Driver to the Senior Pastor (Full Time)

Provide confidential executive and personal support for the Sr. Pastor of Greater Mt. Calvary Holy Church, including but not limited to, the first point of contact between the Senior Pastor and others.

Qualifications

  • Belief and adherence to Christian and Biblical principles.
  • High School or College Degree preferred.
  • Current driver’s license valid in the state of DC, MD or VA.

  • Dependable and have the ability to be flexible in working weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in written form.

Special Assistant to the COO (Full Time)

Responsible for assisting the Chief Operating Officer with the day to day administrative and operational functions of the business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Management or related field
  • Minimum three (3) years experience in personnel and administrative management
  • Minimum three (3) supervisory experience
  • Minimun typing speed of sixty (60) words per minute
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in written form.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must pass federal and state background checks.

Senior Accountant (Full Time)

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for accounts payable, payroll including month end procedures. The Senior Accountant will maintain related supporting schedules and perform other duties as assigned. Must be extremely detailed oriented.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum five (5)–six (6) years accounting experience in mid-size high volume accounting department.
  • Solid knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Thorough understanding of full cycle general ledger accounting, accounts payable, journal entries, accounting reconciliation and month close.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in written form.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must pass federal and state background checks.

Accounting Office Assistant (Full Time)

Provides comprehensive administrative support to CFO and other accounting department team members. Duties include assisting with tasks like managing records and organizing reports, performing data entry and scheduling appointments.
